FAQs

How do you manage our private emails? 

All emails sent to our bot and its responses are never stored in our systems. We process the inbound emails, send the outputs, and discard all the content. We will never store or use your customer email addresses or any data our system receives in any way.

Do you accept refunds and cancellations? 

Onboarding or indexing services have no refunds. This is due to the compute cost required by us to deliver these services. The only exception is if we fail to deliver the service you purchased. In that case, we'll issue a 100% refund. Credits purchased can be refunded if you bought them within the last 48 hours and haven't used any of them.

How much data can you index? 

This product is aimed towards small to medium businesses, so we index up to 150 webpages and 200 PDF pages in total. If you submit a larger dataset, the costs provided on the pricing page may not apply, and you will need a special quote. Feel free to reach out!
